the room was spacious and very clean. coffee and tea were easily accessible on each floor from a vending machine. the staff provided polite service .

The hotel is near many restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, I found that very useful. Public transportation, including buses, S-Bahn, and U-Bahn, is easily accessible. The reception staff was available 24 hours, and they were very helpful to me.
The hotel WiFi was not consistent. I experienced frequent disconnections and had to repeatedly sign in, which became quite frustrating.

A variety of cafes are very close by, so getting a meal was easy. I also noticed that the breakfast service started early one morning for a special event , which was convenient.

the customer service worked. there was no language barrier. the room was spacious. facilities and furniture were very good. the location was ideal. there was a bus stop right outside. it was very handy.
the breakfast was too expensive. it should be included in the price. water was absent on one morning. duvets are too small and thin for comfort. it do not provide good comfort.

the hotel is close to local transportation like buses, i found s-bahn, and u-bahn very useful. the staff at the reception is available 24 hours.
for a four star hotel i was dissappointed. the hotel wifi is the worst i have experienced. i had to keep signing in again and again and i gave up. the breakfast was poor and the scrambled eggs were not warm.
